1. ADIBUYS is a platform that solely assists customers in ordering products from China. We are not directly involved in product sales. In the event that a customer's interests are compromised due to issues with Chinese merchants, we will coordinate with them to protect the customer's interests to the best of our ability.
2. All products displayed on the ADIBUYS platform are linked from Chinese shopping platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD.com, and Pinduoduo.
3. ADIBUYS does not support products that are prohibited or infringe on copyrights. In case of issues with such products, ADIBUYS will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.
4. The process of inspecting received products from the stores includes the following steps:
Product Quantity Inspection: ADIBUYS staff will count the products based on the provided delivery note or packaging list. If these documents are not available, the product quantity will be counted. For orders with a quantity exceeding 200 pieces, we will confirm the quantity with the store. However, ADIBUYS cannot be responsible if the product quantity is not complete.
For small items like jewelry, paper tags, or hair accessories, we will only count the quantity or confirm it with the store. Styling or color verification is not necessary.
Product Color Inspection: ADIBUYS considers the color of a product to be correct if it is within the same color tone. Color inspection does not involve opening the product packaging. We will assess the color from the provided images.
Product Quality Inspection: ADIBUYS does not inspect the quality of all types of products. For example, we do not check materials or functional quality, such as electronic items or non-functional footwear/clothing. We cannot guarantee that footwear or clothing styles will match the received images 100%.
5. Products not covered by ADIBUYS responsibility include:
a. Fragile items that are prone to breakage, such as glassware, ceramics, or products with glass or ceramic components.
b. Furniture or wooden items that may have scratches, dents, or minor damage incurred during transportation. Packaging may also be slightly damaged.
c. Products susceptible to natural issues like mold, rust, fading, or shrinking.
d. Slightly damaged packaging that doesn't affect product usage.
e. Delivery delays due to various reasons such as holidays, customs checks, natural disasters, etc. Efforts will be made to deliver products to customers as quickly as possible.
f. Products infringing on copyrights or falsely indicating origin (e.g., 'Made in USA,' 'UK,' 'KOREA,' 'JAPAN').
g. Products that are prohibited for import, such as drugs, drones, communication devices, gems, currencies, liquid food, plant seeds, pets, weapons, gas-filled items, wire-free items, adult entertainment items, all types of smoking-related items, alcohol-containing beverages, gambling-related items, etc.
6. Problem Resolution Process for Products:
a. Customers should provide product images and file complaints within 5 days of receiving the product. ADIBUYS reserves the right to consider complaints after this timeframe.
b. Inspection and resolution of problems may take around 5-15 business days, depending on the issue and communication with the Chinese store. ADIBUYS will support the problem resolution process as much as possible.
c. Customers are responsible for expenses and shipping when returning products to the Chinese store, if necessary. ADIBUYS will assist in coordination, as we are involved in the purchasing and importing process, not ownership or sales.
7. Product images on the ADIBUYS platform may be enhanced for aesthetics and advertising content. These may not match the actual products received by customers. ADIBUYS is not responsible for this deviation from the store's presentation.
8. ADIBUYS reserves the right to change the service terms without prior notice.
9. Placing an order with ADIBUYS implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
